To every grammar nerd's horror, "irregardless" is used so often that it's now included in most dictionaries; however, virtually all classify it as non-standard — i.e., it's still not a real word, people! Neither is "supposably". On the other hand, "stupider" really is a legitimate word (no matter how stupid it sounds). "Calvary" is a real word too, but it's the place where Jesus was crucified; if you want to call in some reinforcements, use "cavalry" (the name for soldiers on horseback).
