QG Marketing LLC (“QuizGriz” or “We” or “Us” or “Our”) respects your privacy and believes in transparency when it comes to cookies and other tracking technologies. This policy explains (1) what tracking technologies we use, (2) how we use them, and (3) what choices you have to limit what is being collected by these technologies.

This policy applies to all of our services as described in our privacy policy, found here, which is incorporated by reference. By accessing and using our services, you agree and consent to the collection of data by the technologies described in this policy. If you do not agree with our use of the technologies described in this policy, do not access, use, or otherwise interact with our services.

1. WHAT TECHNOLOGIES DO WE USE?

We use the following technologies in connection with our services:

  • Cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer or mobile device when you interact with our services. There are two types of cookies: persistent cookies and session cookies. A persistent cookie helps us recognize an existing user, which, for example, allows us to keep track of your quiz progress and achievements. On the other hand, session cookies only last for as long as your current visit to our website. Both types of cookies provide us with information that helps make our services enjoyable, relevant, and secure.
  • Web Beacons, Pixel Tags, and Similar Tracking Technologies. These technologies are small electronic files (also known as clear gifs, SDKs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that are embedded in the content that we provide through our services and in the electronic messages that we send you. Like cookies, such technologies provide us with information that we need to make our services enjoyable and relevant.

Important: All the third-party services described in the choices section below use all or some of the technologies listed above to collect information from our users to produce analytics or to facilitate interest-based advertising.

Important: To the extent we use Facebook ad services (e.g., the Facebook Audience Network), Facebook may use tracking technologies, such as SDKs and pixel tags, to collect or receive information from users of our services and may use any such information collected to provide us with measurement services or the ability to target advertisements to users within Facebook’s ad network.

3. WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE?

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the information you provide us through the technologies described in this policy. Below are the tools available that allow you to control all or part of the information collected by these technologies:

  1. Consent preferences. Select the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer of our Services to open our InMobi consent management platform and change your consent, sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising preferences where available.
  2. Cookies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, delete cookies, or alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of our Services may not function properly and cookie-based opt-out choices may not be retained.
  3. Electronic messages. You can opt out of marketing electronic messages by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each message or by emailing [email protected]. Postmark by ActiveCampaign delivers some of our email; its privacy policy and choices are available here.
  4. Industry-wide advertising choices. You can manage participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA), the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), or, in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, Your Online Choices. You can also enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supporting browser or extension. These tools may not cover every partner or every type of processing.
  5. Adagio. Use Adagio’s Privacy Center to opt out or object to applicable advertising processing.
  6. Amazon Publisher Services. Manage Amazon advertising preferences at Amazon Ad Preferences.
  7. Amazon Web Services. Amazon Web Services provides cloud infrastructure rather than interest-based advertising; review the AWS Privacy Notice for applicable privacy rights and contact methods.
  8. Assertive Yield. Review Assertive Yield’s privacy policy for available privacy rights and contact options.
  9. Baidu MediaGo Ads. Review MediaGo’s privacy policy for opt-out and privacy-request instructions.
  10. Cloudflare. Review Cloudflare’s privacy policy for applicable privacy rights and request methods.
  11. Criteo and Criteo ID. Manage Criteo advertising and identity choices through its Privacy Center.
  12. Equativ. Review Equativ’s Privacy Center for opt-out options, including DAA controls in the United States and Canada.
  13. Google. Control personalization for Google Ads, Google Ad Exchange, and Google Open Bidding at Google My Ad Center. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  14. Google Cloud. Google Cloud provides cloud infrastructure rather than interest-based advertising; review the Google Cloud Privacy Notice for applicable privacy rights and contact methods.
  15. HUMAN Security. Review HUMAN Security’s privacy policy for rights and choices related to its fraud-prevention and real-time data services.
  16. ID5 ID. Use ID5’s Opt Out and Data Subject Access Request Portal.
  17. illumin. Use illumin’s opt-out page to opt out of interest-based advertising, profiling, and applicable sale or sharing.
  18. InMobi. Review InMobi’s privacy policy and advertising opt-out instructions. Use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer to manage the InMobi CMP preferences that apply on our Services.
  19. Insticator (The COOL Company). Review its privacy policy or contact the provider using the privacy-request methods described there.
  20. Intent IQ and Intent IQ ID. Use Intent IQ’s privacy choices page to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or device-map processing.
  21. LiveIntent NonID. Use the LiveIntent privacy portal to opt out of interest-based advertising and exercise other available privacy rights.
  22. LiveRamp. Use LiveRamp’s permanent opt-out or its mobile opt-out.
  23. Magnite (formerly Rubicon Project). Use Magnite’s User Choice Portal to opt out of applicable targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or sensitive-information processing.
  24. Media.net. Use Media.net’s interest-based advertising opt-out and privacy preferences portal.
  25. Meta/Facebook Ads and Facebook Login. Manage advertising choices in Meta Ad Preferences. You can also remove our Services from the “Apps and Websites” area of your Meta/Facebook account if you used Facebook Login.
  26. Minute Media. Review Minute Media’s privacy policy and use the “Manage Preferences” control on its properties or the privacy-request methods described in that policy.
  27. Nativo. Use Nativo’s Ad Choices page to opt out of applicable tracking or behavioral advertising.
  28. Next Millennium Media. Use its Do Not Sell or Share request page.
  29. Omnidex. Review Omnidex’s privacy policy for advertising opt-out and privacy-request options.
  30. Online Media Solutions. Review its privacy policy for targeted-advertising opt-out instructions.
  31. OneTag. Use the opt-out control in OneTag’s privacy notice.
  32. OpenX. Use the controls linked from the OpenX Privacy Center, including its browser opt-out and data-subject request portals.
  33. PubMatic. Use PubMatic’s interest-based advertising and cross-device opt-out.
  34. Rise. Review Rise’s Partner Ad Services Privacy Policy and use the industry-wide controls described above.

  36. Sharethrough. Review Sharethrough’s Consumer Privacy Notice for available choices and rights.

  41. TikTok Ads. Manage personalized-ad settings as described in TikTok’s Personalization and Data controls.
  42. TripleLift. Use TripleLift’s User Rights and Opt Out page.
  43. The Trade Desk Unified ID 1. Use The Trade Desk’s advertising opt-out or review its privacy policy.
  44. Vidazoo. Review Vidazoo’s privacy policy and use our CMP or the industry-wide controls described above to manage applicable targeted-advertising processing.
  45. X/Twitter Ads. Manage personalization and data settings through X Privacy and Safety.
  46. Yieldmo. Review Yieldmo’s privacy policy for available advertising choices and privacy-request methods.
  47. Other previously disclosed advertising providers. The policy has also identified 33Across, AppNexus, bRealtime/EMX, DistrictM, GumGum, Index Exchange, Oath/Yahoo, and Retention.com. Use the provider’s privacy controls when available, or use the DAA, NAI, and Your Online Choices links above.

Important: In order for your opt-out choices to be effective using these tools, you must ensure that your browser is set to accept third-party cookies such as the OpenX opt-out cookie. Some browsers block third-party cookies by default, and you may need to change your browser settings to accept third-party cookies before opting out.

Also, users in the European Economic Area or UK can click here to opt-out of interest-based advertising tracking used by many of the third parties listed above.
