Which early '90s hip hop teen group hit it big with "Jump"?

Friends since first grade, backwards-dressing Chris "Mac Daddy" Kelly and Chris "Daddy Mac" Smith were just 13 when legendary producer Jermaine Dupri discovered them in an Atlanta mall in 1991. A year later, Kris Kross released their debut single, "Jump," which ruled the Billboard Hot 100 chart for eight weeks and went on to double platinum certification. The full album, "Totally Krossed Out," went platinum four times over. Their next two albums sold reasonably well but nowhere near the success of their debut. Sadly, Chris Kelly died of an apparent drug overdose in 2013.
