The lyric from "Here I Go Again" was changed before the song was re-released and became a huge hit. It was clearly a much better word choice. A masculine hair band caught in between 1980s female energy, "Here I Go Again" replaced Whitney's "Didn't We Almost Have It All" at number one, and was then followed by "Lost in Emotion" by Lisa Lisa.
