Eventually, God gave the thumbs-up to Noah to lead every living thing off the ark. What did Noah do first as soon as everyone disembarked?

It seems strange that Noah would sacrifice animals that he just kept alive for almost two years, but these animals were not part of the unique "pairs," but rather "clean" animals which he had plenty of (sheep, goats, doves, etc.). The sacrificial act showed his thankfulness to God for getting them to this point.
