In the classic version of Trivial Pursuit, which subject does the pink wedge represent?
Answer Entertainment
Called "the biggest phenomenon in game history" following its 1981 release, Trivial Pursuit is one of the most successful board games of all time. Part of the game's distinctive design is its colorful palette, including all those tiny pie-shaped bits that fit into the pie-shaped slots on the circular playing pieces. Unsurprisingly, those tiny bits came to be called "pieces of pie" by the vast majority of players. But this was not actually the intent of the game's inventors, who consistently refer to the pieces as "wedges" in the accompanying literature.
