In a court case, which is NOT a type of evidence?
Answer Occupational
We talked about direct and circumstantial evidence, but there are many varieties of evidence that may be used in court. Physical evidence, for instance, is self-explanatory. Then there's also testimonial evidence, in which a witness might provide testimony about the case. There are also demonstrative and documentary evidence, the first of which might be a chart or video, the second of which might be any documentation to prove your case (emails, wills, texts, etc.).
