What's the Big Deal About Southern Slang?
Southern slang is more than just a way of talkin' – it's a reflection of the rich history, culture, and hospitality of the Southern United States. From the rolling hills of the Appalachians to the sandy shores of the Gulf Coast, Southerners have a unique way of expressin' themselves that's both charming and confusing to outsiders.
Southern slang is peppered with colorful phrases like "over yonder," "hissy fit," and "catawampus." These expressions often have roots in the region's agricultural past, where farmers and ranchers needed quick and easy ways to describe things. Over time, these phrases became part of the Southern lexicon, passed down from generation to generation like a cherished family recipe.

It was enjoyable to take. A couple questions I was unsure of but a couple of them was just me not reading all the answers completely and assuming what I chose to be the correct one when answers were similar! Those were my ignorance.
