The band Berlin is inextricably linked to Terri Nunn. While she wasn't the original singer, she joined the band after answering an ad in 1979 and the rest was history. Despite a bunch of alternative hits like "Metro" and "No More Words," their first number one came courtesy of the 1986 movie Top Gun, which featured the track "Take My Breath Away". Nunn would eventually take the name Berlin and use it interchangeably with her own.
