Who was the last leader of the Incan empire?

Atahualpa was the Sapa Inca during the Spanish Conquest and the fall of the Incan Empire, making him the civilization's last leader. Though he was victorious in the Incan Civil War over the forces of his half-brother Huáscar, Atahualpa didn't have the military might to defeat the incoming Spaniards. Francisco Pizarro overran the Incans, eventually kidnapping and executing Atahualpa, the final Sapa Inca.
