Born in 1335, who was the founder of the Joseon dynasty of Korea which ruled for 500 years?

Not to be confused with Taejo of Goryeo, Taejo of Joseon overthrew the Goryeo Dynasty and took charge in the late 14th century. Born Yi Seong-gye and "Yi Dan" after ascending the throne, he only reigned for six years, after rising in the ranks of the Goryeo army.
