Who is Thor's brother?

Thor always seems to be chasing his bratty brother around dimensions. Loki is the adopted son of Odin and Frigga. He is also known as the God of Mischief because he always seems to be up to something. Not quite evil (although he certainly tries), Loki helps Thor b battle and defeat the bad guys on more than one occasion.
