Who is the only person on the Walk of Fame to have a star for all five categories?

When somebody talks about the singing cowboy, they usually mean him — and yep, celebrities can have more than one star. Autry appeared in scores of films, had his own TV show and is a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame. He even has a town in Oklahoma named after him (which is a little odd since he was from Texas).
