Who is the first to be turned into a statue by Dr. Furter's evil Medusa Transducer?

While Janet, Brad, Dr. Scott, Rocky, and Columbia all fall victim to Frank's Medusa Transducer, Brad is the first to be frozen into a nude statue. Frank eventually unfreezes them, but not before dressing them in cabaret costumes.
