Who is the caretaker of Hogwarts?

For a guy who takes care of a school, Argus Filch sure hates kids. Filch knows every nook and cranny of Hogwarts and is always ready and willing to discipline any student who steps out of line. Many have speculated that his rotten attitude can be chalked up to jealousy since Filch is a squib, meaning both of his parents were wizards, but he isn't.
