Who comes up with the name Big Tuna for Jim?

Early on in Jim's time at Stamford, he ate a tuna fish sandwich for lunch, prompting Andy to come up with this name. Andy often uses variations on Big Tuna such as Tuna Turner, Tommy Tuna and Large Tuna.
