The very first stock exchange in the U.S. opened in 1970 in Philadelphia, and was originally called the Board of Brokers of Philadelphia. It's now known as NASDAQ OMX PHLX. For a while after its merger with the Baltimore Stock Exchange it was called the Philadelphia-Baltimore Stock Exchange.
