Which way do roundabouts go in the United States?
Answer Counterclockwise
As this sign indicates, most US roundabouts go counterclockwise. This is because cars drive on the right side of the road in the US, and so they naturally want to enter and exit roundabouts from that side as well. A clockwise roundabout would lead to far more accidents in this situation.
