Which of these terms does NOT refer to the process of baking bread?

Answer Scarp

A starter is made from a yeast-and-water slurry that is allowed to ferment at room temperature and is then used to leaven bread. Yeast, when mixed with water, proofs (or bubbles up) in preparation for helping a loaf of bread rise. The bloom is the combination of expansion from the heat and the brown or golden color that forms on the exterior crust due to the process of caramelization during baking. A scarp is a steep cliff or slope — not an ideal place to do some baking if you ask us.
