Out of these four kinds of cheese, the Torta del Casar is the stink-fest winner by far. This sheep's milk cheese is coagulated with thistle flower rennet and allowed to age for 60 days. It is amazing something so lovely to look at smells bad enough to chase away most would-be tasters. (Source)
