Which of the Weasley sons loves rules and dreams of becoming the Minister for Magic one day?

Percy's the stuffy, serious Weasley brother, which makes him the target of his brothers' ribbing — especially from Fred and George, who enchant Percy's Prefect badge to say "Pinhead" (amongst several other pranks). When Percy takes the Ministry of Magic's side re: Voldemort's return, he then becomes the subject of his family's disappointment, sadness, and ire. He moves to London, refuses his Christmas presents, and cautions Ron to stay away from Harry. Percy reconciles with his family two years later and fights by their side in the Battle of Hogwarts.
