Which Carol Burnett Show sketch led to a spin-off sitcom?

The spinoff Mama's Family starred Burnett Show veteran Vicki Lawrence, who had played Mama in "The Family" sketches. Notably missing from the regular cast were Harvey Korman and Carol Burnett, who portrayed "The Family" characters Ed and Eunice Higgins. Burnett felt it was Lawrence's time to shine. Unfortunately, the show barely made it into a second season and then promptly dropped out of the Top 50 shows; it was canceled at the end of season 2.
