Whereas the wise man built his house on rock, what did the foolish man build his house on, according to a parable by Jesus?

While the other answers certainly have their risks (fire, food, bankruptcy), Jesus spoke of sand that was not sturdy as a foundation. He compared that to those who don't hear his words and built their life on them.
