Where is Murphy’s from?

The creator of the iconic Murphy's Irish Stout, Murphy’s Brewery was founded in 1856 in Cork, Ireland by James Jeremiah Murphy. Throughout its existence, Murphy’s has remained a chief rival of Guinness — another major Irish stout manufacturer. Since 1983, it has been owned by Heineken.
