Where is Kozel from?

Answer Czechia

More formally known as the Velkopopovický Kozel, this beer has been produced since 1874 by the Pivovar Velké Popovice brewery, located in the Czech town of the same name. The word “kozel” means “goat” and Czech — just like the word “bock” means “goat” in German. As a result, the first Kozel beer was a dark beer — although the brewery’s best-known product now is the Kozel 10 pale lager.
