When Ricky loses his voice before the opening night of his new show at the Tropicana, what club owner does he fear will be disappointed?

Lucy steps in and plans a substitute act featuring some vaudeville performers. When he miraculously gets better, he is in fact able to perform, but is surprised to find out some old 1920s flappers are joining him on stage instead of his usual chorus girls.
