When a person got a rash, boil or disease, a priest had to examine to make sure it wasn't a defiling skin disease. What color was the hair coming out of the infected area that indicated it was infected?
Answer White
A white hair indicated infection for the priests. Also yellow. They did not have blood tests, only visible proof. The priests' job was to make sure the people stayed healthy and clean, inside and out.
