What would you use a "rawlplug" for?

Rawlplugs, otherwise known as "wall plugs" or "anchors", are small plastic inserts that you insert into porous or brittle material in the place in which you also want to insert a screw. Once you drive the screw in, the "wings" of the plug open up and secure the screw and whatever load you hope for the screw to bear.
