The Daily Mirror, in its November 2, 1963 issue titled it's article reviewing the hysterical reaction of Beatles fans "BEATLEMANIA!" They claimed everyone, everywhere was catching it and talked of the screaming and irrational reaction, particularly of the female fans, who would throw themselves against police barricades in an effort to break through, ultimately putting an end to their concert tours.
