What team once fell two picks in the first round because they didn’t get their pick in on time?

Seems like a very Browns thing, but it’s the Vikings. Minnesota agreed to trade the #7 pick to the Ravens, but they didn’t get it in in time, so the Jags, at #8, ran up and took Byron Leftwich. The Panthers also jumped the Vikes before they finally made a selection at #9.
