Grab your water skis! What should you do if you find your car hydroplaning on a wet road?

If you find yourself skating out of control across a puddle, try to remain calm. Don't slam on your brakes, but slow down gradually, using a light pumping action (unless you have anti-lock brakes; then just brake as you would). Gather yourself after you've regained control of your vehicle.
