What local NBC affiliate resurrected Matlock in 2013 due to an Oscar snub?

Matlock ended in 1995. Nearly twenty years later, a Cleveland NBC affiliate aired the show in place of the regular NBC Thursday-night lineup. Griffith had been excluded from the Oscars' "In Memoriam" the Sunday prior, so the showing was a tribute to the star. The classic show did nearly as well as the lineup did nationally.
