What model represented the pinnacle of the Chevy II range, introduced in 1962?
Answer Chevy Nova
The Chevrolet Chevy II/Nova is a compact car that Chevrolet produced over the course of five generations, from 1962 to 1979 and from 1985 to 1988. Through 1968, the Nova represented the pinnacle of the Chevy II range. After 1968, the Chevy II label was discontinued, and all cars produced from 1969 through 1979 were given the Nova moniker instead. In 1962 and 1963, Chevrolet offered the 153 cu in (2.5 L) inline-four engine and the new 194 cu in (3.2 L) Hi-Thrift straight-six engine as options for the Chevy II. Overhead valves were standard on all Chevy II engines.
