Mexican cuisine has been deemed significant enough by UNESCO as to be placed on their list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. This particular piece of "intangible cultural heritage" is a burrito and, traditionally, it isn't filled with rice and is not very hot or spicy. Rather, it's kind of tangy, due to all the limes used.
