What is the name of this beautiful, black-eyed flower?

While this spectacular flower can't always be distinguished by its dark eye, it always boasts a concentrated center color. Often called "windflowers" from the Greek word for wind "anemos," Anemones produce flashy flowers with contrasting centers and bright petals.
