What is the biggest hazard for EMTs?

Driving through traffic that does not know or care about the rules of right of way, is speeding to keep up with the ambulance, or other traffic problems are the biggest hindrance to the patient's safe arrival at a hospital. Combine those factors with traffic lights, stop signs and pedestrians, and you can see why traffic issues can be a big headache.
