What happens at the end of The King and I?

Anna and the King have a falling out, and Anna is ready to head home to Britain. However, as she's about to board the ship, she is told the King is dying, so she returns to his side. King Mongkut's son, Chulalongkorn, will take his place. All bow to the kings, old and new, as a sign of respect.
