What does this road sign mean?

This sign isn't telling you to draw a bridge, but instead saying that there is a draw bridge up ahead. Drivers should be aware that the drawbridge may be up to allow for boats to pass underneath, and they may need to stop while that process completes. It should also be noted that jumping the gap in an open drawbridge would not be advisable, despite looking really cool.
