What did Jesus say the healthy don't need but the sick do?

There were doctors in Jesus' day (Luke was one) but the other three did not exist the way we know it today. Jesus made a spiritual appeal saying the sick (or sinners) need a doctor but the healthy see no need for one. Jesus was the doctor coming to the sinners.
