What country spends the most on Christmas, based on a percentage of citizens' monthly income?

Surprisingly, Romania tops the list of the countries that spend the most money on Christmas, based on a percentage of its citizens' monthly income. Romanians on average make around $500 a month, but they spend about 32 percent of their income on gifts for Christmas. The Czech Republic comes in second with 25 percent, while the UK and US tie for third at 15 percent.
