The early '60s saw Albert DeSalvo stalking the streets of Boston and attacking and killing 13 women. He had previously broken into hundreds of women's homes and assaulted them before escalating to murder. After being given a life sentence, he was on the wrong end of "prison justice" and was killed in 1973.
