Originally called the Land Rover Ninety to indicate its wheelbase, this off-roader only got the Defender name in 1990. Only, because it'd been in production since 1948 at that point. Although it was finally discontinued in 2016 and revived as a more modern SUV in 2020, its adventurous spirit still lives on.
