Answer O'Conner v. Donaldson

Donaldson's father petitioned the court for a ruling on his sanity. He was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and was hospitalized for 15 years, refusing any treatment and focusing on getting out. He sued and both the jury trial and the Fifth Circuit trial went in his favor. The Supreme Court, however, remanded the case back to the Fifth Circuit with new tests in mind.
