Clitopilus prunulus, also known as Dread Dough Clitopilus or the Sweetbread Mushroom, is an edible basidiomycete mushroom with a pale gray-white cap and pale pink gills. This unique fungus has a signature scent, making it rather easy to distinguish from similar poisonous species of Clitocybe and Entoloma.
