Ulysses Klaue was an international black market arms dealer who stole and stockpiled vibranium from Wakanda. After having all of his vibranium stolen by Ultron, Klaue teamed up with Erik Killmonger in order to gather more vibranium, however Killmonger eventually betrayed Klaue and killed him in order to gain entrance into Wakanda.
