The Rock once had a normal job. Which one?

The Rock knew hard work at a young age. He got his first job at 13, working as a dishwasher at Emilio's Pizza on the after-school 3 pm to 11:30 pm shift. Whew! The pay was pretty dismal ($3.45 an hour), but the actor says he got something more than money from the experience: "I have learned out of that such a great appreciation of hard work. It sounds crazy, but still ’til this day I never use a dishwasher. I wash every dish by hand.”
