The Oculus is a transportation hub in which city?

Designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, the Oculus opened in 2016 as part of the World Trade Center renovation in downtown New York. While meant to suggest a phoenix rising from the ashes, many feel it more closely resembles a pair of giant claws (or worse, a whale carcass).
