The name of this dog breed comes from the Russian word for "sighthound". With a luxurious, silky coat, what is this graceful-looking breed?
Answer Borzoi
The Borzoi is also known as the Russian wolfhound, and closely resemble the Afghan hound and the Saluki, all with origins in the Central Asian region. The dogs are featured in several of the hunting scenes in Leo Tolstoy's novel War and Peace.
