The man in this photo is none other than Donald Henry "Pee Wee" Gaskins Jr., a convicted serial killer, rapist, and cannibal from South Carolina. In a horrifying turn of events, Gaskins escaped from prison in 1955 and joined a traveling carnival, but have no fear - he was charged with eight counts of murder in 1976 and put back behind bars until his death on September 6, 1991.
