The first woman to win a nobel prize, she's also the only one to win in two different fields. Name that discoverer of radioactivity.
Answer Marie Curie
Alongside her husband, Pierre Curie, Polish-French physicist Marie Curie discovered the elements radium and polonium and later experimented with radioactivity. She shared the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1903 with her husband and Henri Becquerel – the first woman to do so – and went solo in 1911 with her Nobel Prize in Chemistry.
